Operations Manager
Alex is a Maths graduate from Exeter University and since joining Robin's team in 2014 has progressed to the position of Operations Manager.
His role includes overseeing the client reporting process and he is responsible for developing our reporting and software systems. He is also the main point of contact for clients experiencing any issues with online systems such as the Personal Finance Portal (PFP).
While not a practising adviser, Alex obtained his DipPFS qualification in 2025. He also holds the Certificate in Ethical Artificial Intelligence qualification. These both demonstrate a complementary knowledge of the financial advice sector.
